Shipping Costs Netherlands and EU

  • For orders under €150, we charge a competitive rate of €5 for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.
  • Central Europe: €10,-
  • Rest of Europe: €15,-
  • Shipments from €150 are delivered for free in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.
  • Orders from €300 for Central Europe and from €500 for the rest of Europe are shipped free of charge.

 Delivery times & shipping

  • When your order is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • On the product information page, you can see if your order is in stock.

Is your order out of stock?

You can view an estimated delivery time on the product information page. If the product you ordered is also not in stock with the supplier, we will contact you regarding the possible delivery time, and you will always have the option to cancel the order.

Track your order

If you place an order on JuCad.store and have provided your email address, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. This will include the order number and an overview of your order. We will keep you informed of the status of your order via email.

Parcel service

We deliver via the parcel service of PostNL and GLS. PostNL will attempt to deliver your order twice. If you are not home both times, the mail carrier will leave a pickup notice, allowing you to collect your package from the nearest post office. Unfortunately, it is not possible to schedule a delivery appointment.

GLS also offers your order twice. If you are not home both times, the delivery person will leave a note with information for scheduling a delivery appointment.

Unfortunately, we cannot specify the delivery time. We depend on the driver's route from PostNL and GLS. We can only inform you of the delivery day using the Track & Trace code.
