The delivery of your order is handled by the following companies:

Once your order has been received by us, the products in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. Products that are not in stock will be forwarded within 24 hours after being received from the supplier.

Returns 
Fourteen-day (14) return period: Does the order not meet your expectations? At our shop, you have the right to return the order within fourteen working days after the delivery date. You may do this without providing a reason; however, it is important that the product is returned to us in its original condition (undamaged) and in its original packaging as much as possible. The condition for return is that the product has not been used. If you have used the product, unfortunately, we can no longer accept the return. Please contact our customer service for returning the product. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address and a unique ticket number. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange or return the order to the driver. Note!

The costs of returning are at your expense.

We will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days after receiving your return shipment.

Order not complete or damaged
