All JuCad and JuStar trolleys come with a standard warranty of 6 years on the frame and 2 years on the electronics, including the battery. All golf bags, accessories, and other products come with a 2-year warranty.

When you look at the materials JuCad uses, you have the choice of Carbon, Titanium, and Stainless Steel. Of these three materials, Titanium and Carbon are the lightest.

For a hand trolley, you should consider a weight between 2.5 and 3.5 kg, depending on whether you choose a 2-wheel or 3-wheel model. An electric trolley made of Carbon or Titanium weighs around 5.5 kg.

When we look at the Stainless Steel version, we see a weight of 3 to 4 kg for a hand trolley and 7 kg for the electric variant.

Between these two materials, you cannot say that one is better than the other. It's not that, under normal use, titanium is much stronger than carbon. However, you should keep in mind that carbon is slightly more prone to scratches. These are scratches in the protective layer and not in the carbon itself. Titanium can also get scratches, but fewer, and if desired, JuCad can treat it again with a new satin finish on the trolley, making the frame look like new. This is not possible with carbon. The advantage of carbon remains that it is cheaper to process, making carbon trolleys much more affordable.

The lifespan of a battery depends on its usage. For example, someone who plays golf 5 days a week will use up a battery faster than someone who plays once a month. As a result, the battery might need replacing after 3 years, but it can also last up to 6 years. In most cases, we see batteries needing replacement between 3 and 4 years. The capacity of which JuCad and JuStar trolley is 238wh, which, together with the electrical system, corresponds to a capacity of up to 45 holes. However, this depends on external factors such as the weight the trolley needs to drive and the conditions of the golf course. Also, keep in mind that a battery's capacity decreases over time.

You can certainly use your own golf bag. Although the power pack (battery pack) is stored in the golf bag, it is small and comes with a cable long enough to place the power pack in a side pocket or even a front pocket of your golf bag. However, the advantage of JuCad golf bags is that they have an extra pocket for the power pack, so you don't lose space in the other pockets. Additionally, this pocket is positioned so that the visible part of the cable is as short as possible.

A remote control is possible on every model of JuCad and JuStar.

JuCad and JuStar are made in the same factory. You can see the JuStar as a stripped-down version of the JuCad. While JuCad offers various model options, with JuStar you can only choose from 3 models. Additionally, there are no color options with JuStar. There are also fewer accessories. For example, there is only one umbrella (black) under the JuStar brand. If you prefer a color, we recommend choosing a JuCad umbrella. It fits on the JuStar.

Technically, the difference is that the motors of the JuStar are of a different type, which are 10% less powerful. However, you won't notice this quickly in use because the JuStar still has significantly more power than an average electric trolley.

If you would like a specific color for wheels, tires, or a frame, this can be done at no extra cost. For carbon trolleys with frame colors, we provide all color options, and the same applies to the colors of the scorecard holder. If you want a particular color for wheels or tires, it is best to mention this in the comments section on the payment page.
