Once your order has been received by us, the products that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. Products that are not in stock will be forwarded within 24 hours after receipt of the supplier.

Fourteen days (14) trial period:
Does the order not match your expectations? With our shop you have the right to return the order within fourteen working days after the delivery date. You can do this without giving any reason, but it is important that the product is returned to us in its original state (undamaged) and as original as possible. Prerequisite for return is that the product has not been used. If you have used the product then we can not return the product. Please contact our customer service for return. You will receive the return address and a unique ticket number from our customer service team. It is unfortunately not possible to exchange the order with the driver or return it.
The costs of the return are for your account.
We will refund the purchase price within 5 working days after receiving your return shipment.
Order is not complete or damaged
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product arrives damaged or the order is not correct.
